Music World’s shipping policies and rates are for Canada only, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Music World ships primarily to Canada. There are some brands that we do ship internationally. Please call us toll free at 1-888-839-5060 for more details.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from when you receive your purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The freight charge will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Also, the customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse and additional charges may apply. Returns after 14 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
Music World will not accept returns on special orders/non-stocks, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, cd’s or dvd’s, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, tubes, drum heads, or sticks.
Before you attempt to return the product, we must be contacted. Email us or phone us at 1-888-839-5060 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
