Shipping Policy

We've shipped hundreds of guitars all over the world, with very minimal shipping problems. We pack and ship VERY carefully, but rest assured that if anything goes wrong with your shipment, we will make sure that you're taken care of. If the item is received in condition other than described we will happily refund your money.

Shipping is FREE of charge via FedEx ground in the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped, at the latest, by the following business day of when the payment clears.

An indirect signature requirement will be placed on any order of $250 or above. Please contact us prior to shipping if you wish to have this waived.

NEW ITEMS

Returnable within 30 days of delivery.

USED & VINTAGE ITEMS

Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

At MusicStoreLive.com we are proud to offer free shipping to you and a 30-day return policy in the 48 contiguous states on all new* items. This policy allows you to get your gear hassle-free and try it with your own rig to be sure that it truly fits with your playing style and sound. If you don't like it, we'll be happy to take it back. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any purchases. Your order must ship to the billing address associated with your credit card, PayPal, or other method of payment (unless an alternate shipping address has been approved by an MSL Gear Specialist). If you want the shipment to be held at a shipping company hub it is your responsibility to make those arrangements directly with the shipping company. An indirect signature will be required upon delivery for all transactions over $250. If you would like to require a signature on a transaction of less than $250, please request it when you place your order. If you would like the signature requirement waived on orders of $250 or above, also please contact us before your order ships. We do not insure packages valued under $3,000. If you would like to add insurance for delivery please request it prior to us shipping the item out. On returns, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item is packed properly and returns to us in the same condition it was sent out in. We always recommend purchasing insurance when returning an item. All returns are subject to a Tech Check upon arrival. Any instrument that is returned with damage, wear and tear (including pick marks), missing or replaced parts, or missing protective or packing materials are not eligible for a full refund. *Used / Vintage / Clearance items carry our same return policy, except with a 3­ day return window.
