'Best Specialist Shop' WINNER 2016 - The Irish Times
Spanning over 40 years in Ireland's capital city, Musicmaker opened it's doors on November 2nd 1980 beside the busy fruit market on Mary's Abbey, North Dublin. In 1986, Musicmaker would move across the city to it's current premises at 29 Exchequer St, Dublin 2. It is there where Musicmaker has stayed, 30 years at the epicenter of music in Ireland and in an area which would become known in later years as Dublin's 'Creative Quarter'.
Recently awarded the prestigious 'Best Specialist Shop' award by The Irish Times, Musicmaker have cementing their place as one of the best and most trusted music stores in the world.
