Music Go Round of Wisconsin successfully ships fragile, vintage, and very valuable items EVERY business day!

Remember, this is a service that you are purchasing from us, and we’re the best. The charge is determined by the actual cost to professionally get this gear safely to your front door. This includes but is not limited to tracking, insurance, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, foam, and coffee.

Trust that we treat your purchase as an investment for you and us by practicing exceptional shipping habits. We charge more, because we do a better job and use the right materials than most other sellers.

Local pickup is available in Kenosha and Greenfield, WI. All Wisconsin residents and local pickup customers are required BY LAW to pay 5.5% sales tax.

The freight cost listed is valid only for the Continental US. We do not ship freight collect or with a provided account number.

All items shipped within the Continental USA are shipped via professional freight companies. All items require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Upon receiving your item, please do not dispose of any packing materials until you are certain you are happy with the gear.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) for any reason, please call or email the originating MUSIC GO ROUND store for return authorization instructions within 72 hours of receipt.

Only the item’s original purchase price is refundable, regardless of your reason for return. The cost of delivery is not. You are required to pay all return freight charges, including insurance and tracking.

In the instance of shipping damage, a refund will be issued only AFTER the product(s) are inspected and returned to us by the delivery company.

We do not offer partial refunds or repair reimbursements on any items.

ALL items sold Internationally are sold AS IS and are NOT RETURNABLE.
