Shipping Policy
For international shipments, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the International Postal Service if no specific carrier is requested. EMS is safe, fast (approximately 7 to 10 days worldwide), cost-effective, and fully insured.
If you have a preferred courier with your own account and wish to use it, please feel free to contact us directly. Please note that we only ship our merchandise by air, not by sea.
ATTENTION:
If the item needs to be returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees. If the buyer completes the payment but does not accept this policy, they must contact us to cancel the order before shipment. If the buyer does not contact us, we will assume they agree to this clause and will proceed with processing the order as usual. Please note that we do not offer a full refund after shipment (any refunds after shipment will be partial and minus the shipping fee).

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We generally do not accept returns. All our items are individually checked before being shipped out. This check is done by a professional player and/or repair tech, and consists of a cosmetic check, and functionality/playability check. The only time we accept a return, is if there was a transport related damage.

If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send a message to our staff within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the box it came in even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.

Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.

For any other reason, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.
For any reason for the return and cancellations, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost as well as the original outgoing shipping cost (even if 'free shipping' was offered). If the payment was made via PayPal or Reverb, a 12% restocking fee will apply. The buyer is also responsible for all expenses incurred during the transaction, including bank fees, PayPal fees, shipping costs, tariffs, and any applicable taxes. As a result, the refund amount will be a partial refund, after deducting these fees.
If we agree to the return, you will be issued an RMA return code. If you return the item without obtaining this code, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
If the order is canceled before international shipment, there may be costs incurred in Japan, such as domestic shipping, packaging, and labor. We will charge the applicable fees based on the actual situation and provide a partial refund
Attention regarding the voltage of electric instruments: The voltage in Japan is 100V, which is different from most other countries. The buyer is responsible for confirming the voltage requirements in their country and, if necessary, obtaining a local adapter to convert the voltage before use. We are not responsible for any issues related to voltage conversion.
For countries where EMS shipping is unavailable, we will use DHL for transportation and charge additional shipping fees.
ATTENTION:
If the buyer completes the payment but does not agree to the above policy, please ensure to contact us before the international shipment is processed. If the buyer does not reach out to us, we will consider that they agree to the stated terms and will proceed with the order as usual.
Regarding payment issues for amounts exceeding 1 million yen：
According to Japanese PayPal transaction laws, the maximum amount that can be paid through PayPal in a single transaction is 1 million yen. For products exceeding 1 million yen, payment must be made through two PayPal links. For example, for a product priced at 1.25 million yen with a shipping fee of 40,000 yen (note that some countries and the United States may also be subject to Reverb taxes), the total payment amount would be 1.25 million yen + 40,000 yen + taxes applicable in various parts of the United States.
I will create a PayPal link for 1 million yen and a separate link for 40,000 yen + any applicable taxes from the United States for the buyer to complete the payment. Please note that the transaction will only be completed through Reverb and PayPal. Once the buyer has made both payments, I will contact Reverb support to mark the order as paid and prepare it for shipment.
