You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MUSIC STORE professional GmbH, Istanbulstr. 22-26, 51103 Cologne, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, telephone, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

**Consequences of Withdrawal**
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (MUSIC STORE professional GmbH, Istanbulstr. 22-26, 51103 Cologne) without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods for items with a value of €40 or more.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

**Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal**
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual choice or decision by the consumer or goods clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
- For the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
- For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- For the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
- Where the consumer specifically requests the entrepreneur to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; this does not apply to additional services provided during the visit that the consumer did not explicitly request or to delivered goods that are not necessarily required as replacement parts during maintenance or repair.
