General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. All original packaging must be kept. You must contact the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim with them.
A 10% stocking fee is charged unless the item was grossly misrepresented.
All returns must be made in a timely fashion 1-2 days.
