General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

· We will accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Item must be in original condition to receive a full refund.
Our return policy only covers the amount the item was bided on, NOT any of the shipping costs!
Also, packaging must be undamaged and complete; A 15% restocking fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way. We also have the right to refuse returns for any other reason except defective product.
Shipping costs to and from is incurred by the buyer,including duties, brokerage and taxes.
· Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Digital effects require a higher power source ma as it is called, please be sure you have the correct supply to power these as in 99.9 % of the cases it is not a pedal failure it is the power source, most effect pedals do not come with a power supply, if we failed to insert that in our listings by mistake we are not obligated to send a power supply. Items purchased on sales or offer prices are non-refundable, in case of a defect the item will be replaced or refunded. Items must be returned via postal service, listed as return to country or origin for warranty clearly marked on the outside of the package.

All international orders (except Canada since we are located in Canada, and USA as you are $800 per single purchase exempt from Duty,) are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are NOT a part of the shipping charges, they are collected by your local customs agencies. Please learn about these charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges results in "undeliverable" and "return to sender" packages. We do not refund shipping charges in these instances. If any charges incur in the return process, those charges may be subtracted from your refund.
