- Our Reverb.com listings only ship to the 48 continental United States.
- Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Music Direct ships all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Fulfillment hours of operation: M-F 9AM - 5PM CST
- FedEx is Music Direct's preferred logistics carrier, but reserves the right to ship your order in the most efficient manner available.

Our shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take note of the following return policy:

Music Direct offers a 60-day money back guarantee on most equipment/accessories (excluding fluids, pastes, aerosols and special order items, none of which are returnable).
We'll require an explanation for the return (defective, damaged, etc). Don't be surprised if we ask you some pretty detailed questions about the reason for your return. Hearing firsthand what our customers are experiencing will enable us to provide you with the best possible service.

How to Make a Return

If you want to return a product, please read the instructions on the back of your packing slip or invoice. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #, or RMA# which must be obtained by email or through Amazon's Return Request process. An RA must be obtained within 60 days of the purchase, and Music Direct must receive the package within 15 days of issuing the RA. Note that after 60 days all sales are final. Please write your RA# on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box). Failure to do this will delay the processing of your return. Your return package must include the following: a copy of your invoice, a note detailing the reason for the return, all original packing materials, including cables, power supplies, instructions, remote controls, warranty cards, etc. Your package must arrive in resalable condition. *Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:

- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees unless you have a defective product or were shipped the incorrect item. In those cases Music Direct will supply you with a prepaid postage label via e-mail.
- Phono cartridges and music titles are non-refundable and returnable only if they are defective. If by rare occurrence you receive a defective cartridge or music title, they may only be exchanged for the same item. In the case of phono cartridges, they must be deemed defective by the manufacturer before they can be exchanged. Please make sure phono cartridge problems are not due to user error as the item will not be returnable in such cases.
- Spent fluids and items with adhesive backings are non-refundable.
- Any item purchased that is used or shipped outside of the United States will not be accepted as a return and will void any manufacturer warranties.

Defective or Damaged Product

What to Do if You Receive a Damaged Package:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive safely at your shipping destination. However, sometimes packages get damaged in transit to you. Please inspect your package when you receive it. Immediately notify the delivery person of any damage to the exterior of the carton. If the product is damaged call the shipping company to file a damage claim. FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Write down the damage claim number they assign to you. Please contact us at 1-800-449-8333 and inform us of the damage. Once the damage claim is filed we will be able to repair or replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

What to do if you have a Defective Product:
.
If you have problems with a product once you receive it, please contact our customer service or sales departments for assistance. They will work with you and try to troubleshoot the problem. Most often defective products really aren't defective, but are simply not being used properly.

If it is determined that the product is defective, you will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please know that all returns are processed in the order they are received. We ask for your patience when waiting for a return to be processed. All returns must be accompanied by the original product box, instructions, warranty info, packing materials, etc.

If your product requires service after 60 days from purchase, please consult your manufacturer's product warranty information. Products under warranty will be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty provisions at your local authorized service center. We recommend you utilize local authorized service centers whenever possible as it minimizes back and forth shipping and can speed product repair. If you do not have a local authorized service center, please contact us for assistance. We can usually arrange to have the product returned to us for service here or at the manufacturer's facility. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs on units that require service and are beyond 60 days from date of purchase.
