When ordering a guitar, please keep in mind that although guitars are carefully inspected before leaving, setup specs can change in transit on the way to you. This can be due to changes in climate, temperatures in shipping trucks, or numerous other factors. Your guitar may need some adjustment when it arrives. If you are not comfortable with performing this service please have it done by a trained and certified guitar technician.
Guitars not set up to spec are not defective, and are ineligible for returns.
Guitars listed as "Brand New" are guaranteed to be the same advertised model, but not guaranteed to be the exact guitar in the listing photo. Wood Grain or color may from guitar to guitar. Guitars are not eligible for return if they are in described condition, but wood grain does not match photos.
