Mundt Music was established in 1965 in Tyler, Tx by Robert and Mary Mundt. We are a full line music store offering guitars, drums, keyboards, pianos, band instruments, PA systems and sheet music. Mundt Music of Longview was opened in 1971 in down town. In 1981, Mundt Music was established at 2312 Judson road which is our current location. This location is owned and operated by Clark and Becky Mundt. We added our audio and video contracting division in 1998 that is headed by David Gilbert. Since then the audio and video division has expanded into commercial, residential, house of worship and educational areas.
Shipping Policy
•Ground Shipping inside the lower continental United States (except for oversized and/or overweight items which can include some keyboards, guitars, cases, drum sets and PA equipment, etc.).
•Shipments are processed via UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified.
•Orders are only processed on normal business days (M-F excluding holidays). Orders for in-stock items placed after 3:00 PM Central Time are shipped the next business day. Please allow up to 3-6 working days for ground shipment delivery depending on your shipping zone.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

* The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused: strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, any mouth-blown instruments or accessories, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
*Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, please ship within this 30-day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, cables, power adapters, UPC codes and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges
