I will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may incur additional charges.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns accepted for items damaged in shipping. All original packaging material and item must be returned at buyers expense within 7 business days of receipt. Buyer agrees to cooperate with carrier if necessary for return process.
All items are packaged with great care, so damaged goods is rare (if ever). Contact us at [email protected] if there is a problem and to keep things friendly. Our goal is to have good relationships with our patrons.
Policy if Customer does NOT take Delivery
Once the balance and shipping charges have cleared into our account we will arrange the shipping/delivery of your instrument and tracking information will be sent. Â If the customer does not take delivery of the instrument for any reason and the carrier returns the instrument to MORTone Instruments, the customer shall have 60 days from the date of the original order to make arrangements to accept delivery of the instrument. Arrangements shall be made in writing by contacting MORTone Instruments at [email protected] in order to memorialize the arrangements for delivery. If there is no contact from the customer within 60 days of the original order date then the instrument will be considered abandoned and will be sold to cover costs and the customer will lose all rights to it.
