General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Article sur demande :
Un délai supplémentaire peut s'appliquer au temps de traitement de la commande. Les commandes d'articles "sur demande" ne peuvent être annulée une fois la commande passée.
Les retours ne sont pas acceptés sur les articles "sur demande" excepté dans le cas d'un défaut constaté dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de l'article.
Politique de retour :
L'article doit être retourné dans son état d'origine, complet avec tous ses accessoires et son emballage d'origine.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge de l'acheteur, sauf si l'article est endommagé ou défectueux.
Le colis de retour doit être déclaré avec une valeur de 0 € et la raison de l'expédition doit être : "retour de marchandise".
Le cas échéant, dans tous les cas, toutes les taxes seront à la charge du client et déduites du montant du remboursement.
Custom orders:
An additional delay may apply to the order processing time. Custom items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
Returns are not accepted on custom order items, except in the case of a defect detected within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return policy :
The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with all accessories and original packaging.
Return costs shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
The return parcel must be declared with a value of 0€ and the reason of shipping must be : return of goods.
If applicable, in any case all taxes will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
