General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All sales are considered final after 7 days from the date of purchase.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds after that 7-day period.
In particular, We do not offer refunds for delays, customs clearance problems, unpaid import duties/taxes, refused delivery, forwarding issues, or changes to the shipping destination requested by the buyer after shipment.
If the item arrives damaged, I will work with the buyer to determine a reasonable resolution.
This may include coordination with the carrier, documentation of the damage, and, where appropriate, partial support for repair costs.
