【About our return policy】

As this is an overseas shipment, we generally do not accept returns. If the item is cancelled or refused after shipment due to customer reasons, we will charge the shipping fee for both ways. Thank you for your understanding.
【For customers shipping to the United States】
The Lacey Act requires importers of "timber and wood products" into the United States to declare the name, price, quantity, country where the timber was harvested, and the species of timber.

Larger items (such as drum sets) will be shipped by Fedex. In this case, you will need to provide your ITN (Social Security Number, EIN, ITN, or other taxpayer identification number). If you provide us with your number, we will fill it in on the AWB. If you do not want to disclose your number, Fedex Custom Brokerage will email you a form before delivery. Please note that if you do not fill in the form, your package will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund your shipping charges.
For international shipping, the item must clear customs. Taxes will be charged. Please check with the customs office in your destination country.

Shipping policies
The Drum Center is closed every Wednesday.Business hours are from 11:30 to 19:30 Japan time.
Snare drums, cymbals and pedals are shipped by EMS. Since the drum set is large in size, we will use Fedex.
In addition, in the case of areas where EMS is suspended, other shipping companies will be used and the shipping fee will be calculated separately.
It will be delivered to the address registered through reverb.
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
Depending on your country/region, it may take 1-2 weeks for your package to be delivered.
・Import duties, taxes, and other charges which are not included in the item price or shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

The shipping fee for the drum set is priced a little high. The weight and size are different one by one, and it fluctuates depending on the country and region. If you order a drum set, we may re-estimate the shipping cost as we cannot logistically combine them.

Currently, the international exchange office in Japan is very busy, and the shipment is delayed. The reason seems to be that customs procedures are not keeping up with the increase in domestic and foreign travelers.
It will take time, but please rest assured that it will arrive.
