Miki Gakki is a long-established musical instrument store founded in 1825. We will celebrate our 200th anniversary in 2025. In 2008, we established Miki Gakki Drum Center, a drum specialty store for drummers and percussionists. We have a wide selection of drums from domestic and overseas manufacturers, used drums, vintage drums, cymbals, etc. We also have a wide selection of keyboard percussion instruments such as marimbas and vibraphones, as well as mallets.

【About our return policy】
Thank you for your patronage.
As this is an overseas shipment, we generally do not accept returns. If the item is cancelled or refused after shipment due to customer reasons, we will charge the shipping fee for both ways. Thank you for your understanding.

【For customers shipping to the United States】
The Lacey Act requires importers of "timber and wood products" into the United States to declare the name, price, quantity, country where the timber was harvested, and the species of timber.

Larger items (such as drum sets) will be shipped by Fedex. In this case, you will need to provide your ITN (Social Security Number, EIN, ITN, or other taxpayer identification number). If you provide us with your number, we will fill it in on the AWB. If you do not want to disclose your number, Fedex Custom Brokerage will email you a form before delivery. Please note that if you do not fill in the form, your package will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund your shipping charges.

For international shipping, the item must clear customs. Taxes will be charged. Please check with the customs office in your destination country.

Updated 2025/08/26　To the United States (EMS Delivery Temporarily Suspended)
A U.S. Presidential Executive Order has suspended duty-free shipping and imposed duties on mail containing goods imported for consumer purposes, effective August 29th of this year. However, the specific procedures for declaring these taxable mail items to U.S. Customs and paying duties remain unclear.
As a result, we are temporarily suspending all mail delivery to the United States due to the risk of delivery delays or return of mail to the U.S.
We will continue to deliver via FedEx, but shipping fees have been significantly increased. Thank you for your understanding.
