Shipping Policy

Because of the nature of online purchases and the lack of actual "touch and feel" perspective for items, Mikes Music offers a 7 day return window from when your order received. A 5% restocking charge will apply for returns on Reverb online purchases only.
Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase either by in-store pickup or by the ship date you received it. All returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee on Reverb Purchases. The actual freight charge for both ways (Freight charges, if applicable, originally paid by Mikes Music, aka "Free Freight") will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted. No returns on special orders/non-stocks, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, CD's, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes.
