Established in 1983, Midwest Musical Imports has been a leading resource as a double reed specialty shop and has now expanded into single reeds as well. We have highly specialized instrument specialists who have trained for years in the respective instruments that bring a level or knowledge not found in other shops. We also have highly specialized repair technicians who work on all instruments before they are shipped out. We are here to help with all of your double and single reed needs!
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders standard UPS Ground (3-5 days delivery depending on region) with a signature required. To negotiate on the price of any listing, please contact us.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a 3 day return policy on most items with pre-authorization. Customers may return instruments and receive a full refund minus a 4% restocking fee, provided the instrument is returned in new condition with all original accessories and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, including tracking and insurance for the full replacement value of the instrument. A discounted UPS return label may be purchased directly from MMI by calling 612-331-4717. Unauthorized returns will be refused. From the day you receive return authorization, you have 2 business days to complete the shipping process back to us and provide return shipping information. If we have not received the return within 10 business days, your return will no longer be valid and we will refuse delivery. When shipping instruments, please fill the shipping box with packing material so there is no movement of the case in the box.
