General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All returns are subject to a 3% return fee to cover the loss of processing fees that cannot be recovered. I am sorry, but I have no control over that. Please note that any action, neck relief or setup adjustments I cannot be held liable for. Setup preferences are subjective from one player to the next. Neck and setup adjustments should be done by a professionally certified technician/luthier and qualified for specific brands so that damages cannot occur. I also cannot accept returns for any kind of perceived fret buzz as that can be in relation to action, neck relief and setup adjustments. I also cannot accept returns for any modifications to the guitar while in your possession. Outgoing shipping charges to you are non-refundable and return shipping charges will also be your responsibility.
