General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns will be approved within the 7 day window after verification of validity for returning an item is established. Returns will be approved based on details of a listed Items description, images, and other available documentation pertaining to a particular item. A buyer must establish without reasonable doubt an item received was not as described, excluding items that were damaged or lost during shipping. Returns based on a buyers change of mind (buyers remorse) for an item supplied with free shipping, refunded amount will be based on buyers paid total less shipping cost to ship purchased item to a buyers location, documentation of purchased items shipping cost will be provided to buyer. Returns based on material and or construction description will not be allowed unless discussed and documented before sale between seller and buyer for determining an items material and or construction. Reverb customer service/support consulted in regards to disputes related to returns, will be factored into final approval for an items return, though ultimately will be based on all relevant, available and presented information and confirmation of validity for a return, determined by myself and my shop.
Please note, additions of these special return conditions are based on circumstances experienced as a seller, where generous return policies were taken advantage of. I’m a conscience seller on the Reverb platform and supply as much information and detail I can about items I sell. I always state with my listings that I’m willing to answer any questions I can, and do so.
