General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee on preference-based returns only.
If item is defective, buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs, and there is no restocking fee; seller assumes all costs if product is defective, but buyer must provide evidence of defect through photos, video, and/or any other evidence that Reverb determines to be sufficient to prove the product was defective upon receipt.
If product is damaged during shipping, buyer must notify seller within a reasonable timeframe, and provide evidence that is sufficient for the seller to utilize for the specific purpose of filing a claim with the courier in order to recover the cost of the product being damaged during shipping. If the buyer does not provide sufficient evidence that the product was damaged during shipping, then buyer assumes responsibility for filing the claim with the courier.
