Micarelli Music LLC was started by Carl Micarelli in 1959 as teaching studio and music shop. Micarelli's still provides lessons and a boasts a giant section of both new and used guitars with over 700 on display. Jim Relja formerly of Jim's Guitar Works provides expert repairs on acoustic and electric guitars.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any Claims for finish flaws must be made within 72 hours of receipt of instrument.
For any returns other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If the item was sold with "Free Shipping", the shipping and handling charges incurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund. Micarelli Music reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered. All original pickguard coverings, hang tags, paperwork must be in original condition as it was sent. Any return not matching this criteria can be rejected or subject to a restocking fee up to 50%. Any item that is returned is subject to a 2.5% restocking fee to cover Reverb transaction fees that are not returned to the seller.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
