General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

WARRANTY POLICY
Subject to the following terms. MC Graphics (MC) will replace its product for a reasonable cause at the discretion of MC within the warranty period.
Which is 1 year for personal applications or 6 months for commercial applications or refund you the cost of the replacement. The benefits to a consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Eligibility
To claim the benefit of this warranty you must:
1. Be the original purchaser of a genuine MC product from a MC Authorised Re-Seller within Australia (this warranty is not transferable)
2. Produce proof of your purchase; and
3. Provide the details of the product and include a short note describing the problem as specifically as possible.
4. In the event it becomes necessary to return your purchase, please post it securely packed, postage prepaid and insured by the purchaser.
This warranty is limited to defects that arise:
1. Within the warranty period, commencing on the date of original purchase.
This warranty excludes:
1. Defects arising from misuse, accident, neglect, improper care, or damage from alteration;
2. Appearance items such as marks or damage;
3. Claim made later than 14 days after the defect first appears.
MC may elect to replacement or refund to honour this warranty, at its sole discretion.
In making a claim under this warranty, you agree that if, following receipt of your claim under this warranty, MC determine that your claim in respect of a product is invalid or you have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information with your claim, MC may charge you for any labour, parts or transport costs incurred.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return:
• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item(s) must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Orders that have been placed for purchase and payment made.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original selling price if your return does not meet any of these conditions.
Returns Policy is not an unlimited “try before you buy” offer and we reserve the right to reject returns from individuals that have a history of repeated returns or abuse of this policy.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
