The undersigned (the seller) assumes no responsibility for any defaults on the part of buyers. Buyers are responsible for checking with the relevant authorities in advance regarding customs clearance and shipping costs for the package containing the purchased item.

** Additionally, if a buyer, after making a purchase, decides not to collect the package (containing the purchased item(s)) that the courier is about to deliver, the package will be held at the buyer's local post office or at customs, pending payment of the amount required by one of the two entities (buyer's local post office or customs) for the return of the package to the sender (me), even if the regulations of each courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL and any other courier chosen and used for the shipment) indicate that the costs for returning the package to the sender (me) are borne by the person who purchased the shipment (usually always me). Once the package containing the item(s) purchased by the buyer has been shipped, in order to avoid excessive costs due to improper behavior by the buyer, the following is implicit, definitive, and indisputable: the costs of returning the package containing the item(s) purchased by the buyer to the sender (me) will be borne exclusively by the buyer, who assumes full responsibility for them.

I would also like to add that if a buyer fails to collect a package after personally modifying the delivery settings—such as by specifying a different address or a pickup point (Access Point) instead of the one originally provided or listed in the order profile—all costs (including any additional charges) associated with returning the package to the sender will be borne entirely by the buyer.
