Shipping Policy
We use UPS to ship the majority of our products.
For orders in South America please email me for a shipping quote.
Please note that you (the Buyer) are responsible for any import tariffs, taxes, fees, and/or import charges.
If you are in the US please note that as of August 29, 2025 the current administration has rescinded the previous $800 de minimis exemption. This means that any package entering the US is subject to extra import charges. As much as the current US administration likes to think that "other countries" will pay these charges, they do not. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we take no responsibility for these extra fees.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are not accepted.
In the case of a defective product, the pedal will be evaluated when received and either repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please ship items back using a tracked package via your national postal service. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please contact us if you need assistance filling out paperwork.
For international customers, we will not accept returns that have been shipped using a courier service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar as their brokerage fees are excessive.
