Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Upon receiving your purchase from Martel Music, please inspect the package and contents for any damages, and that the product is in the condition listed or communicated by your salesperson via phone or email. If any damage and/or issues are found that weren’t disclosed at time of purchase please contact Martel Music via phone or email promptly.
If you decide to return an item, item must include all original packaging (hang tags, warranty card, guides, tools, case candy, etc.), show no signs of wear, be unregistered and in the same condition when purchased.
Returns:
*A 10% restocking fee for all transactions via CC, Paypal or debit cards to cover transaction processing fees. In the event of any return the buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction (restocking fee).
