Upon receiving your purchase from Martel Music, please inspect the package and contents for any damages, and that the product is in the condition listed or communicated by your salesperson via phone or email. If any damage and/or issues are found that weren’t disclosed at time of purchase please contact Martel Music via phone or email promptly.
If you decide to return an item, item must include all original packaging (hang tags, warranty card, guides, tools, case candy, etc.), show no signs of wear, be unregistered and in the same condition when purchased.
Returns:
