We are a small volume SF Bay Area trader of pre-owned and vintage musical gear - with a primary focus on guitars; guitar amplifiers; and occasionally vintage saxophones... We also have experience from the leading competitor site (as "Cheerio101n"); and from local CL BB listings - going back over many years...
We test all instruments and electronics to evaluate wear and playability. Anything that could affect performance quality or longevity will be carefully noted, and in most cases - dealt with before the listing! We might or might not mention that something has been 'set up', 'serviced', etcetera... In some cases, we may disclose a remaining 'issue' - and offer a 'fair value' discounted price as an offset... We take pride in a thorough vetting of your gear's details here on Reverb - so there are no unwanted "surprises" when you unwrap your shipment!
In the past, we have sold a range of mostly pro level items - and many to gigging musicians from California and points abroad... We're looking forward to providing you with quality gear here on Reverb!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We stand behind the instruments we sell - and guarantee 'good to excellent playability' for all gear sold.
Guitars will be set-up or adjusted for optimal player response; and amps will be serviced, if we observe sub-par performance...
While we don't expect any post sale issues - we are open to working with you, in the un-likely event that your purchase is not as described! There is a seven day 'return window' for items that do not meet this standard.
Any “other return” shipment costs must be payed by the buyer (Fyi. if you didn’t like the item)... Full refunds will be issued within seventy two hours of our return receipt. ‘Partial refunds’ may be offered in some cases - and will also be paid out within seventy two hours of a mutual agreement. A repair or replacement receipt may be requested to qualify for a ‘partial refund’.
