Maple Street Guitars is a family-owned "brick and mortar store" based in Atlanta, GA. Though initially established as a lessons studio in 1981 by owners, George and Claire Petsch, Maple Street Guitars has grown to become a widely respected source for quality instruments, service, and instruction.
We select our instruments with the player and the student in mind, and we actively seek the lines and models that we feel offer the greatest overall performance value. As musicians first and foremost, we strive to offer the best quality options in all price points, from beginners guitars to professional level guitars. Every instrument we sell is critically evaluated upon arrival, adjusted for optimal playability in our repair department, and meticulously maintained while in our store.
Ultimately, however, we recognize that our business is built upon relationships and unique instruments (not commodities), and we embrace our role as a community asset!
We take pride and pleasure in sharing our passion for music and our expertise with our customers in an effort to enhance their love of music.
Shipping Policy
We offer fully-insured shipping through UPS, FedEX, and USPS. Once we have received payment, we will ship your purchase within 48 hours, if not sooner. If a sale is concluded on the weekend, the order will be shipped the following week. We take great care in packaging the instruments we ship, but in the event of shipping damage please report any damage immediately and save all packaging material.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and selecting an instrument is a very emotional and subjective process. We do our very best to ensure that our customers are making informed decisions by taking the time to learn about their individual needs and expectations. Yet, despite our best efforts, sometimes the item someone purchases is just not the right one! Thus, we allow a 48-hour approval period on all instruments and amplifiers, after which time the item can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note our policies below:
In the event of a return, the item must be returned in original condition, safely packed and fully insured, and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization--any item returned without authorization will be refused.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
Clearance items, effects pedals, and accessories, are considered final sales unless defective.
