Shipping

We have a 2-3 business day handling time. Sometimes items may go out sooner and some may be later depending on our current volume. You will be contacted if an item may be behind schedule.

Domestic: We ship with UPS Ground, FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Mail and costs are calculated when the listing closes. Purchases can be expedited upon request. All shipments are fully insured. FedEx and UPS transit times are generally 1 day to New England or Mid Atlantic states, 2 business days to the Carolinas, 3 to Florida and most of the Midwest, 4 to the Rocky Mountain area, and 5 to the west coast.

International: We ship worldwide, although please note that some areas of the world, mainly South America, Australia, and the Middle East, have restrictions on package sizes so guitars and other larger items cannot be shipped for a reasonable price. Please also be aware we have no control over customs practices and length of hold time in customs once it reaches country destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote is one is not able to be calculated on the auction page. Please also be aware when prices do not include import taxes or fees when shipping internationally.

Payments and Warranty

We accept PayPal or credit cards over the phone. All items must be paid for within 2 days of auction end or we reserve the right to relist the item.
