FREE SHIPPING to CONUS on most items. For international orders (on applicable items) or other areas not listed, please contact us for shipping details and pricing. Duties and Taxes for international orders are not included in any estimates or rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Signature is required for all shipments unless alternate arrangements are made prior to shipment. PLEASE NOTE: Selecting the "2-Day" shipping option does not guarantee your item will arrive 2-days from the time of purchase. It simply means the shipping service will have a transit time of two business days or less. If you have special requirements please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Contact us directly BEFORE YOU PURCHASE if you have customized return policy needs or want to avoid a restocking fee. Unauthorized Returns are not acceptable and may be subject to a restocking fee as high as 20%. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number and return instructions before returning anything, otherwise the return will be considered Unauthorized. Unless an item is damaged or otherwise delivered not as described, buyers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Even if shipping was included and/or subsidized, shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds. Reverb BUMP fees and the original payment processing fee charged by Reverb will also be deducted from any refunds, as Reverb does not credit us back for those fees. International orders cannot be returned. Please note - Charges for 2-day shipping are subsidized, and include a discount to account for the ground shipping rate we would normally include for free. Also, 2-Day shipping does not guarantee you will receive your item within 48 hours of completing the purchase. It simply means that we will ship it via a service with a transit time of 2 days or less, once the order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept USPS returns. UPS or FedEx only. Returns shipped via USPS may be refused and will be considered unauthorized.
