We will take the shipping costs away on a new listing, only adding item packing & handling costs -not refundable. The buyer will have the option of choosing the best courier offer and order the shipping himself. When you as a buyer have found the offer that works best for you, you can then start the purchase on Reverb.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

• Return Window
New items can be returned within 14 days. Vintage and used items can be returned within 1 day of receipt - except those marked "As-Described" - turn it on and play with it during the first day and if there's something wrong with it, you'd tell us right away.
• Items marked "As-Described"
Upon testing an item marked "As-Described", we usually try to describe any defects or malfunctions as accurately as possible, but other unobserved minor issues can arise and due to the years and electronic nature of a 'vintage' or a special item, we sell unique items strictly 'as is', only because we cannot offer warranties on parts that are decades out of their original warranties and we cannot control what other people do to our items once they leave here. Please, also have in mind that over time most gear could need some further adjustments, tech calibrations or repairs, thus some items are sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
• Documentation
All related documentation to any transaction will be only provided by Reverb.
After the completion of a purchase within this marketplace, Reverb will issue a PDF receipt in the name of the user that makes the purchase which includes all the information of a commercial invoice. If you have a valid VAT number and you have set up a shop and entered a VAT number, then it will show up on the document along the company name on the shipping address.
• Refunds
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any applicable packing, handling, shipping and re-stocking fees.
• Last important note:
International import tax, duty, vat, custom fees or any other charges are not covered by us, nor included in the shipping fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
