Madhouse Music is an audio recording and production business that has been in business since 2009. Over the last several years we have taken on other ventures involving music and instruments. Such as, construction and repair of instruments, lessons, mastering services, CD reproduction / printing, Event promotion, and running sound for live events. Most equipment that is for sale, is equipment that has been used at our studio. I guarantee that all equipment has been taken care of in an excellent manner, has hardly been moved since date of purchase (if at all), and the equipment has been kept in a dry, smoke and dust free environment. Most gear literally does not even have a scratch on it.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that a customer has a problem with any gear that I have sold them. The return process is as follows. When a customer requests a return, it should be done so with in 3 days of delivery. When I receive a request for the return, i will provide the customer with a return shipping label. the item is to be properly packaged and sent to me. The product should not be modified, repaired, or otherwise changed in any way. Upon receiving the item back in the mail, it will be promptly inspected and a refund issued ASAP. The amount of the refund will be equal to the original purchase price less the cost of the return shipping label. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping in any and all cases, no exceptions for any reason. If for reason, the product has been damaged by the customer or in shipping then we will address those issues on an individual basis and the courier or customer will be held accountable for the damage. NOTE: with those conditions being stated, please be advised that I would never intentionally sell a faulty item, and I too purchase music gear on a regular basis. So, I am not only a seller, I am a musician as well. I want any transaction to go smoothly and for me and the buyer to be happy with the dealings at hand. It is possible that I may overlook some things from time to time, but If I know that certain item has a problem, it will be posted on the ad. As you can see, I do have "preferred seller" status with reverb and receive mostly 5 star ratings.
