General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties and customs fees.
The buyer must notify us of any perceived damage during transit that was unseen at delivery within 36 hours of receipt of the package so that we can raise a claim with the carrier and insurance provider (where applicable) within their time limits on same.
