General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

1. General Information
1.1 Scope: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of effects pedals ("Product(s)") offered by LVL Pedals ("we," "us," or "our") exclusively through online marketplaces, including Reverb, eBay, and Etsy ("Marketplace"). Products are not available for purchase in physical stores. These Terms comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1.2 Agreement: By purchasing any Product through these platforms, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are provided to you prior to the completion of any purchase.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Methods: All payments must be made through the Marketplace platform using the payment methods available at checkout. We do not accept direct payments outside of these platforms.
2.2 Pricing: All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added at checkout. The final price, including all charges, will be confirmed before you complete your order.
2.3 Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.
2.4 Taxes and Duties: The Customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be applicable within the UK.
3. Delivery Information
3.1 Shipping Locations: We ship Products within the UK only.
3.2 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order Products may require additional processing time.
3.3 Shipping Methods: Products will be shipped using a reputable courier service. Tracking information will be provided once the Product is dispatched.
3.4 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times within the UK are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and are not part of the contract.
3.5 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination within the UK, the weight, and the dimensions of the package. These costs will be displayed at checkout.
3.6 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays or damages caused during transit.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
We aim to provide high-quality Products and services. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights to return Products and obtain refunds.
4.1 Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").
How to Cancel:
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (e.g., email) within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your contact details.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.
4.2 Condition of Returned Goods
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
If the value of the goods is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may reduce your refund to reflect this.
4.3 Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full cost of the goods, including the original standard delivery charges. However, we will not refund any additional charges for premium delivery options.
4.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This right lasts for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If Your Goods Are Faulty:
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting images.
You can return the faulty item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, repair, or replacement. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, or if these are not possible, a partial refund.
We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty goods.
4.5 Exclusions The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
Custom-built or personalized effects pedals.
Items that have been modified or altered after purchase.
4.6 How to Return Goods

5. 12-Month Limited Warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on our Products to ensure their quality and reliability, with an option to extend the warranty period to 24 months.
5.1 Warranty Coverage This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Product and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
5.2 What This Warranty Covers During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship under normal use, LVL Pedals will, at our discretion:
Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or
Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or comparable model.
5.3 What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Damage caused by external factors, such as power surges or accidents.
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage occurring after the Warranty Period has expired.
5.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact LVL Pedals via [email protected] with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
5.5 Repairs and Replacements If the Product is returned for repair or replacement during the Warranty Period, and the defect is confirmed, LVL Pedals will repair or replace the Product at no charge. The repaired or replacement Product will be covered under this warranty for the remaining balance of the original Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
5.6 Return Shipping Costs
For UK Customers: LVL Pedals will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved warranty claims. The Customer will be provided with a prepaid shipping label or reimbursed for shipping costs upon presenting a valid receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the purchase of Products is limited to the amount paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to other equipment. This limitation does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Marketplace platform and will not retroactively affect existing contracts unless mutually agreed upon.
