Specializing in new, custom and vintage guitars, amplifiers and accessories, London Guitars is a truly unique guitar and music experience. Like any good independent music should, it offers a decidedly old school environment, one where hanging out, getting extremely hands on with gear and sharing tips, trick and road stories is not only welcomed, but encouraged.

Choose an axe from our extensive collection of acoustic, vintage and new hollow bodied guitars in ‘The Barn’, or grab a new or vintage electric, crank it up and wail in our dedicated soundproofed demo room, or just chill out and connect with other players in our in-store lounge.

Staffed by Steve (Bungie) Kovacs, Boris Novosel and Jeff (Stan) Fountain – veteran musicians and guitar technicians who’ve toured globally with the likes of Lou Reed, the Tragically Hip and Barenaked Ladies among others – at London Guitars we pride ourselves on stocking everything you need to up your musical game, whether you’re an absolute beginner, weekend warrior or seasoned pro.

Located on the second floor of the PA Shop showroom at 46 Charterhouse Crescent – home to London’s Charterhouse Studios – our store offers far more than a deep inventory of gear. We cater specifically to players, touring acts and technicians by way of a comprehensive selection of parts for all things guitar-related, full repair, restoration and custom build services and a growing collection of percussion instruments, vintage drum kits and parts and accessories in our London Percussion section.

Most importantly, we’re all about sharing information and providing customers with whatever they need to make their gig a success. Over their years on and off stage, as players and techs, Bungie, Boris and Stan have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge, as well as a worldwide network of literally thousands of industry pros specializing in everything from production, repair and service to instrument valuation.

“London Guitars has pretty much everything you need, but if we don’t have something, we’ll find it,” Boris says. “We’re extremely powerful when we put our heads together, but we don’t claim to know everything and we’ll never pretend to. We’re always open to listening and learning.”
