Shipping Policy
Lighthouse Sound specializes in prompt, safe shipping. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Shipping insurance is provided in the shipping and handling charge. We get your gear to you fast, most orders ship within 1 business day of payment clearance. Tracking or Delivery Conformation information on your order will be provided.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a 14 day return policy. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received. New items must be returned in the original packaging and be able to be resold as a new item (example: new guitar pickups cannot be returned if they have been installed in your guitar). Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, safe packaging and insurance cost. Refunds will be issued upon return of the item less the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
