We do our best to accommodate shipping worldwide on select used items however if your region located outside the continental U.S.A is significantly higher than the quoted rate we will contact you to request additional shipping prior to shipping your item at which point you can cancel or opt to pay the additional overseas charges. Returns must be shipped with UPS and/or FEDEX and have signature required and full insurance on the order amount. 30 Days from the date the order is placed. Custom order and Pre-Orders are subject to a 15% restocking in addition to the shipping fees incurred outlined above - this does not apply to in stock product. If string gauge and custom setup is requested a fee of $75 will be incurred when processing the refund.
