Shipping Policy
We always make every effort to ship product the same day that it is ordered. Each order will be sent to the warehouse where it will be shipping from. Orders that arrive at the shipping warehouse past the cutoff time will typically ship the next business day. A more detailed explanation is provided below.
Domestic Orders received before 2:30pm EST
In-stock items will generally ship within the first 24 hours of order placement. However, orders received after 2:30pm (EST) typically ship the following business day.
Domestic Orders received on weekend or holidays Orders for in-stock items placed on weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
We use Fedex as our main carrier for heavier items and USPS /Smartpost for low weight items .
Any requests for expedited shipping need to be submitted to us prior to placing an order. Once the order has been placed and you need to change the shipping method, we will do our best to accommodate but we can't guarantee it .
Tracking info will be emailed as soon as order is packed and shipped.At time you may need to wait until end of day in order to be able to see tracking info updated on carrier website.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
This is our Standard return policy. Unless another policy is indicated products sold on Lenrom Online Store are covered by this General Return Policy
Non-defective products:
All new and unopened product can be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date and are subject to 15% restocking fee. All returns require an RMA number.
If the return is a result of our own error we will waive the restocking fee.
Lenrom reserves the right to refuse any return if it appears that it has been used and returned as new
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs.
Actual shipping charges cannot and will not be refunded.Shipping costs will be refunded in case of an error on our part.
Defective products :
For your convenience, you will be issued a printable, pre-paid shipping label for returns within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Once we receive your return and have validated the defect we will exchange the defective product for a brand new one, or will issue a refund should you choose to decline replacement.
All items will be inspected (serial numbers as well) and thoroughly tested by a technician upon arrival back to Lenrom. The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs, including return labels sent for items claimed to be damaged, defective or Dead on arrival which are found to be in full working order and/or do not match the damage originally described.
Special Exceptions:
The following items are ineligible for return and will be sent back at your expense if received by Lenrom :
Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.
Items used by mouth or ear due to sanitary issues, including but not limited to: headphones, ear buds, microphones, etc.
Open software or digital media including but not limited to: control CD's, vinyl, software plug ins/upgrades/installers. Fluids such as fog, haze, bubble, snow, cables, needles and cartridges, plasma and LED screens (Video walls), bulbs, clothing, jewelry, stage products (Platforms & risers).
When Returning a product you must have a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) # issued by Lenrom Online Store. You can obtain this by contacting Lenrom Customer Service.
When shipping items back to our warehouse please use the carrier of your choice, be sure to fully insure the shipment and address the package as follows:
The refund will only be processed after the item has been confirmed defective by a factory trained technician .
New items carry manufacturer warranty and for any issues after the 30 day from date of sale , need to be handled through the manufacturer directly.
