Shipping Policy
We ship FedEx Ground domestically and FedEx International globally. We get excellent rates on our international shipments, as low as $120 USD to the UK and Japan. Most orders will ship the next business day.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
A 48 hour trial is available upon request, buyer pays shipping both ways in the event of a return, minus applicable merchant or credit card fees. Restocking fee applies only to Paypal or credit card payments, as a recent policy change means Paypal will no longer refund the fees. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Guitars must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with warranty card, packaging and all paperwork. Any play wear, alterations to the instrument or damage will result in a restocking fee. All international sales are considered final due to Customs and logistical issues concerning returns. Return policy may not apply to consigned instruments, please ask before purchasing.
