Shipping Policy
Unless specified on listing all electronic mods are made-to-order.
All listings will be shipped within three (3) days of purchase.
Items sold totaling less than $200 will not be shipped under Reverb Shipping Protection unless requested by customer (shipping increase may apply).
Items sold totaling more than $200 will automatically be shipped under Reverb Shipping Protection unless requested by customer (signature will be required at delivery).
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If an item is used, it will not be considered for refund or exchange.
Do not return an item without emailing us and getting a return authorization.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Item must be in absolutely new condition to be eligible for refund, complete with original documentation, packaging and invoice sent with product.
Pre-wired harnesses and soldered replacement parts cannot be returned if wires have been cut, or if there is ANY wear making the item not sell-able as "new".
Labor fees for wiring or any work done is not refundable.
