Since 1989, we have been the exclusive distributor of Martin guitars in Japan. As of 2025, we have proudly served as Martin’s official distributor for nearly 30 years.
Our Machida store has been in operation since 2006. Machida is a city within Tokyo, and our store is directly connected to Machida Station, which is approximately a 40-minute ride from Shinjuku Station on the Odakyu Line.
We offer a wide selection of high-quality Japanese-made musical instruments, including guitars, wind instruments, and string instruments. Our products are sourced directly from manufacturers or through authorized distributors, ensuring authenticity and quality.
We take pride in delivering Japanese craftsmanship to the world at domestic market prices. We have shipped to nearly 50 countries, including the United States, various European nations, Africa, and South America.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returns can only be made if the product is defect.
Defects are determined based on the manufacturer's inspection criteria. Any condition not recognized as a defect by the manufacturer will not be considered a defect by our store either.
Please note that manufacturer inspection standards may vary depending on the price range of the product. For example, minor imperfections in areas that do not affect playability, cosmetic issues in non-visible or covered areas, and small inclusions within the finish are among the conditions that may not be considered defects.
If you report a defect, we will share the provided images and information with the manufacturer. Our decision on whether the return is accepted will be based on the manufacturer's assessment.
We cannot accept returns for customer convenience.
