General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For Refund Only : A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund . Item must be unopened, unused. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. In case customer refuse the shipment, a restocking fee 15% plus return shipping fee will still be applied to the final refund.
For exchange : If the unit does not work properly, please contact our support team at 800-588-1868 Monday-Friday 9:00am -4:00pm. If our team confirm the unit is defective, we will send out replacement. Must be made within 10 days of purchase and must notify us.
For damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with proofs so we can file a claim with carrier and process your replacement.
Once order marks as shipped, there is no cancellation will be made.
