Kraft Music...Your music technology store since 1984.
It has been 40 years since Kraft Music (or Kraft Keyboards, as some of you may remember us as) began serving musicians from all over the globe. The company was founded by Roger Kraft back in the late 1970s, and incorporated in 1984 as a boutique keyboard and synthesizer shop serving the Milwaukee-area. Today, Kraft Music has been listed as one of the "Ten Best Music Retailers" in the United States by Music Inc. magazine, and is owned and operated by his son, Ben Kraft.
"Music is a big part of my family's life...my dad has played professionally his entire life (and still does!), my mom is a retired music teacher and is the director of her church choirs, and my sister is an active opera singer on the East coast," says Ben, who is a hobby musician himself.
In addition, many members of the Kraft Music staff are active musicians. "We're fortunate to have some of the most talented musicians in southeastern Wisconsin here in our buildings. They are a huge asset to our company, and to our customers."
Ben began assisting fellow keyboard players thru online chat rooms, newsgroups and websites in 1994, making Kraft Music one of the oldest, and most trusted, dot-com music retailers around.
Fast forward to 2019, and Kraft Music is one of the Milwaukee Business Journal's Fastest Growing Firms award winners. We're listed as one of the Top 25 Music Retailers in the United States, named by Music Trades. We have also been the feature of several articles in The Business Journal, Music Trades, and Music Inc as the company has continued to show tremendous growth. Over the years, Kraft Music has earned many awards, including 10 Best Music Retailers, Professional Dealer of the Year and Outstanding Dealer of the Year from the press and vendors.
Kraft Music is located near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our Midwest distribution center is centrally located to both coasts.

Shipping Policy
***Please note, many of the products we sell are shipped in the manufacturer box. These boxes will often have images, model numbers, and other text that indicate the contents inside.
Ground Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day via FedEx, UPS, USPS Ground services. You will be emailed an order confirmation as soon as your order is received by Reverb and processed by Kraft Music. A tracking number is also sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse. The tracking number will enable you to easily find out the delivery status of your package. Over-sized items may ship via a freight company (see below). Unfortunately, we are not able to ship packages to PO Box addresses. Orders placed with a PO Box shipping address will be cancelled and refunded. A new order will need to be placed with a physical address.
Freight Delivery
Most freight orders are shipped within 1 business day. Due to the weight and size, some orders will be required to ship via truck (freight). The following business day, after your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email from Kraft Music, with tracking information relating to your shipment. Once the shipment is checked in at your local shipping hub, the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery will not be attempted until an appointment is scheduled with you. You will need to be present when the shipment is delivered. Deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday), during regular business hours.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: Please test your item before getting it fully assembled. For example, with digital pianos, unpack the keyboard portion, power it on and test all the keys. It is very rare that these items arrive with defects, but it is still a good idea to test it before spending time getting it fully assembled. Use caution when unpacking your purchase from its box, as some needed parts and pieces may be packed in and amongst the packing material. Be sure to save the carton and all packing materials, in case of a needed return. Do not write on the box and do not discard.
Due to many of our dealer franchise agreements, we are not able to process most International orders.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund. As stated above, return shipping costs are your responsibility and if your original order qualified for free shipping, that uncharged shipping amount, as stated in your order confirmation, will also be deducted from your refund.
We do our best to take care of all our customers who would like to return an item, but there are a few items we cannot take returns on.
- Headphones, microphones or any other product where hygiene is a concern
- Any product that comes with software
- Books, videos, CDs, DVDs
- Opened guitar strings or polish
- Used drum sticks
