About KOF Guitars & Gear Outlet

Let’s always touch base about shipping first! Especially these days with US tariffs and shifting carrier rules, so we can make sure your gear arrives safely and at a fair rate.

As a guitar player and collector, I take pride in offering instruments and gear that I would personally enjoy owning and playing. My goal here on Reverb is not just to sell guitars, amps, and accessories, but to connect with fellow musicians and enthusiasts who appreciate quality, character, and history in their gear.

Every item is described as accurately as possible, with attention to both condition and playability. If something is vintage, I’ll highlight the patina and quirks that make it unique; if it’s new or nearly new, I’ll make sure you know it’s ready to play right out of the box. I do my best to represent each piece in photos, but if you ever need more details or clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask; I’d much rather answer questions up front than have any confusion later.
"And just a side note: I’m neither a professional photographer nor a content writer, so I sometimes use AI tools to refine my photos and descriptions, please don’t be too fussy about it."

As an individual seller (not a big store), I encourage buyers to do their research and make sure they’re confident before purchasing. Standard adjustments like intonation or setup tweaks are part of guitar ownership and not valid reasons for return. That said, I always aim for honesty, fair deals, and smooth transactions.

What I truly value are knowledgeable buyers and genuine negotiators! I’ll go out of my way to make those experiences rewarding. My main goal here isn’t profit, but to keep exploring, sharing, and enjoying the endless journey of guitars and gear.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out the collection. Feel free to reach out with any questions, requests, or offers. I’m always happy to chat and help!

Shipping Policy

I want to make sure you're stoked about your purchase and that everything goes smoothly. I offer flexible shipping options to fit your needs.

When you buy something from my collection, I'll ship it out as quickly as possible. My standard shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the item, and where it's going.

I'm always happy to chat about shipping costs as part of any offer you make. Since shipping costs depend on your location, I want to make sure you get the best deal. We can figure out the most cost-effective shipping method, and I'll provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on your package.

I ensure careful packing using recycled materials for all shipments. I document the guitar and packing process with photographs before shipping for transparency and provide tracking information once the item has shipped.

For international shipments, I will prepare all necessary documentation, including the CUSMA, Customs Invoice, Declaration, and Packing Slip, as well as fulfill any requirements from the Canadian border agency. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with their country's customs and duties regulations. Failure to do so will not be considered a valid reason for a return.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for standard guitar setup, intonation, and any adjustments needed due to weather conditions for both new and used items, unless otherwise agreed upon. These are not valid reasons for return unless a preference-based return is chosen.

General Terms

Special Conditions

As an individual seller, my tolerance for refund requests based on dissatisfaction with a guitar is limited. Buyers are responsible for researching a product before purchase to ensure it meets their needs. Standard guitar setup, intonation, and weather conditions may require adjustments and are not valid reasons for a return.

My main goal is to motivate, support and provide friendly service to musicians and enthusiasts, ensuring customer satisfaction while preventing exploitation. To achieve this, I've established specific return conditions, which are outlined in my return policy.

I accept not as described and some preference-based returns within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact me within 48 hours to arrange a return or exchange where necessary.
NB: Contact me first before contacting the carrier to avoid disruptions and limit losses.

For all returns:
Items must be in original as shipped condition with all accessories and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was not as described.
Should an item not match its description, please contact me initially to find a solution. I am prepared in some cases to cover return shipping costs if required, or offer alternative resolutions.
I recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking for returns, as I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
For items that are "as described," i.e. preference-based returns, even within the 7-day grace period, will incur a 15% restocking fee. The buyer will also be responsible for all shipping and related fees.
I do not accept returns for modified, customized, or altered items.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after I receive and verify the returned item's condition.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Please note:
Buyers are responsible for tuning stability, intonation, weather-related issues, and basic guitar setup/adjustments for used or new items, unless otherwise agreed upon. These are not valid reasons for return unless a preference-based return is chosen.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding my return policy, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am committed to providing you with the best possible service and look forward to serving you.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
