With our staff's combined 150 years of guitar playing and dealing experience, we have come across some of the most important and impossible to find guitars, amps, etc. that have surfaced. Our roots start in 1970 with a 1960 Gibson ES-355 and have expanded ever since. Over the years we have dealt with the highest of profile players and have secured a reputation of providing only killer products and service.

We ship worldwide and have for over 30 years. Shipping costs will by determined by destination.

New Items
Returnable within 1 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Restocking fee will apply to any item returned for reasons other than discrepancies in description. (ie: no test drives)
Our policy is 48 hour approval on vintage gear.
New products are given a 24 hour approval.
All payment fees (Ie: Credit card fees) are the responsibility of the buyer as well as shipping costs.

Payment
We NO LONGER accept PAYPAL in any form due to the abuse of that priviledge by a recent pedal buyer from Michigan. Clearly stated is our 48 hour approval and he filed a complaint with PAYPAL after 3 weeks. Long enough to steal parts from a pedal, then return it working after saying it didn't. If paying by credit card, please be aware we only ship to billing addresses of the card used. International buyers, payment must be made via Bank Wire Transfer ONLY!

Please e mail with any questions you may have! We ship all over the World, shipping price depends on location. We ship either by Fed Ex, or USPS. We do NOT ship UPS unless requested by customer and on customers account.
