Killerburst Guitars is a brick and mortar retail store located in Naugatuck, CT, owned and operated by an MI industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, from retail to manufacturer's rep to VP of sales, and all points in between. Every guitar purchased from Killerburst Guitars is thoroughly inspected and adjusted for optimal performance upon arrival at our shop, and is further eligible for a complimentary personalized setup at the time of purchase. Additional upgrades and modifications are available at time of purchase, just let us know what you have in mind!

Shipping Policy
Standard shipping for electric guitars is $45 for domestic US (lower 48). Other items will be priced based on weight and size. International, AK and HI shipping prices will be quoted on request. Items marked as free shipping include shipping at Buy It Now price only. Best offers will be subject to shipping charges.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
4% payment processing fee is not refunded by payment processors (Reverb/PayPal keep the fees). Originating/outbound shipping fees are not refundable. The actual cost paid to ship the item will be deducted from the refund. Refund may be denied or a restocking fee may be applied to recover cost of markdowns or repairs if items are not returned in as-shipped condition.
Revised 9/14/17: As of September 2017, a restocking fee of AT LEAST 10%, above and beyond the charges listed above, will be deducted from any refund under the following circumstances:
Buyer suddenly and without warning decides to refuse delivery before even receiving the item, with no rational explanation.
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers never get stuck with a wrong piece of gear. Those who abuse the spirit of our return policy by having excessive or unreasonable returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of return privileges.
Under most circumstances, regular humans of sound mind will never have to concern themselves with this issue. If you think you might decide to cancel the order on a whim after it's shipped without even opening the item, please be prepared to absorb a restocking fee.
