Music...It's deep in our roots. We live it, breathe it and make it kick! In 1973, KICKER's Livin' Loud legacy began as a two-man operation, hand-building professional-speaker systems in a narrow one-car garage. With very few resources and an intense love for music, company founder and current President Steve Irby invented the mobile-stereo enclosure market in his northern Oklahoma community, when he developed the Original KICKER. It was the first full frequency-range speaker box designed specifically for cars and trucks. From that historic moment, delivering concert-like audio quality across a wide volume range with renowned bass and accurate sound has always been the KICKER way.
Shipping Policy
Shipping
- Domestic items TYPICALLY ship within 24 business hours of a CLEARED payment.
- UPS tracking and insurance is included.
- Express shipping available.
- Items weighing a pound and under will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- Shipments may incur taxes upon delivery.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- Attention: UPS ground transit is on business days only and will not include weekends.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
International Customers:
Kicker Direct does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on international returns. All transportation costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Domestic Customers:
Customer is responsible for transportation of the item back to Kicker Direct (this includes return shipping for our non-local customers). For returns of product within the United States Kicker Direct will pay for shipping of the new replacement item back to the customer.
Special Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from Kicker Direct.
Any products with missing, damaged or altered serial numbers.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included.
Any product that has been serviced without our express permission.
Customer must contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return.
Product must be in factory sealed never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
All returns for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee (including defective items that are damaged and DOA items).
Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee (customers must pay for transportation of unit back to Kicker Direct), but any return for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee.
