Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
Shipping and Insurance:
The shipping fee covers shipping only – as the name clearly indicates.
Insurance is optional and available for an additional fee if requested before dispatch.
Since the seller arranges the shipping, insured shipping is provided once the insurance fee is paid.
If the buyer does not request and pay for insurance, all risk of loss or transport damage passes to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
Because the insurance option is clearly offered, the seller cannot accept any claims or liability arising from the lack of insurance.
Customs Duties, Tariffs, and Import Regulations:
The buyer gives their express, final, and irrevocable consent and acknowledgment that all customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and regulatory requirements in their own country are exclusively their responsibility.
It is entirely unrealistic and impossible for the seller to monitor or comply with the constantly changing legal conditions of every country worldwide.
Therefore, the buyer must inform themselves in advance about the applicable laws and potential extra costs before purchase, and by completing the order, the buyer unconditionally accepts these obligations.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

General Acceptance
By completing any purchase, the buyer makes a clear, final, and irrevocable declaration of acceptance of the following Shop Policy and all its conditions.
Pre-Purchase Review and Buyer Rights
This is a used item. Minor faults may occur due to age and usage.
Reverb’s item condition categories are subject to subjective interpretation, and therefore the photos always prevail.
All details are clearly visible in the photos – please review them carefully (zoom in if needed) and ask any questions before purchase.
The buyer must use their Reverb account to contact the seller if they have any uncertainty.
The buyer has the right to request additional photos or videos at any time prior to purchase, including full demonstrations of the item in operation.
If the buyer does not exercise this right, they irrevocably waive any later claim that they did not see, know, or notice something.
No further negotiation or partial refunds are possible after the sale.
Testing and Documentation
Every item is tested in full working condition before shipping, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.
Video and audio documentation is recorded.
The item is photographed from all sides, and the entire packaging process is documented, fully compliant with the courier’s requirements.
Packaging typically includes bubble wrap, foam inserts, and double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure maximum protection.
Warranty and Repairs
If a warranty is stated in the listing, it only applies to the parts and work we have refurbished.
Any components that were not refurbished are not covered.
Warranty work is free of charge, but all shipping, customs, and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the buyer refuses these costs, the seller is not liable for any repair expenses, since the work would have been performed free of charge if the item had been returned at the buyer’s expense.
International buyers acknowledge that return shipping and customs fees may exceed the cost of local repair, and this is their decision and risk.

Additional Vintage Gear Transport Disclaimer
Before shipping, the seller records a video and audio demonstration showing that the item is fully working at the moment of dispatch.
However, due to the nature of vintage electronic instruments, no warranty can be provided for any failures caused by transport conditions beyond control, including vibration, shocks, impact, humidity changes, or temperature fluctuations.
By choosing courier delivery, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all transport-related risks.
Personal testing and local pickup are fully available and recommended.
If the buyer still chooses shipping for reasons of distance, time, or cost, this decision and all associated risks remain exclusively with the buyer.

Buyer Responsibility and Misuse
By placing an order and completing payment, the buyer confirms that the purchase is intentional and final.
“Accidental” purchases or claims of mistake cannot be accepted after payment is completed.
Any attempt to abuse consumer protection laws, open fraudulent claims, or engage in bad-faith returns is strictly prohibited and waives any right to further negotiation or refund.
Such misuse is considered a violation of this Shop Policy and applicable civil law.
Acknowledgment and Inspection on Delivery
The buyer formally acknowledges and accepts these conditions twice:
when placing the order
when completing the payment
Upon receipt, the buyer agrees to test the item immediately and to report any issue without delay.
The unboxing process and the received condition must be documented by the buyer with video and audio recording, just as the packaging process is fully documented by the seller.
If the buyer fails to provide such documentation, it becomes impossible to establish the exact condition upon delivery, and no claim can be processed.
Failure to comply with this inspection procedure limits any later claims strictly to the remedies available under Reverb and PayPal buyer protection policies, and bad-faith or abusive claims are automatically excluded.
Jurisdiction
Both parties agree that all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The buyer acknowledges this as binding.
If the buyer fails to follow this procedure, all resulting legal costs are recoverable by the seller in the buyer’s own country, at the buyer’s expense, including via local legal representation or through diplomatic channels if necessary.
