Welcome to Music & Arts Gear Exchange, the next chapter of a store that local musicians have trusted for decades.
Formerly Ken Stanton Music, our Marietta location has long been known as a destination for exceptional guitars, amps, pedals, and hard-to-find gear. While the name has changed, the passion for great instruments and knowledgeable service hasn't. We're proud to carry that tradition forward as part of the Music & Arts family.
Unlike a typical Music & Arts online shop, the Gear Exchange focuses on premium guitars and gear, including used, vintage, collectible, and high-end instruments you won't usually find in our neighborhood stores. Every item listed on this Reverb shop is photographed and shipped directly from our Marietta showroom by musicians who know the gear and take pride in representing it accurately.
Music & Arts has been serving musicians since 1952 and has grown into the nation's largest band and orchestra retailer, with more than 150 locations across the country. As part of that family, the Gear Exchange combines the resources and customer service of Music & Arts with the local expertise and guitar heritage that made this location a favorite.

Returns: Items purchased through our Reverb store may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us through Reverb messages to begin the return process. Reverb purchases should not be returned to a Music & Arts retail location. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted in the listing.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Note: New items with quantities of less than 5 may be open-box or display models. Please contact us with further questions regarding any specific product listed in our store.

Returns - Online Purchases
Most of our products are backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the shipment dated for a refund, exchange or store credit. When returning merchandise ordered from Ken Stanton Music (this includes consumer orders and school orders), return shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges - Online Purchases
Free product exchanges within 30 days:
Contact us to make an exchange. We'll set up the exchange for you and send you a prepaid label for return shipping!
Shipping for exchanged products is always free!
There will be no return charge for shipping if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged.
Return your item to us in the original packaging. Affix the pre-paid label to your box and drop at the nearest UPS location. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the outside carton. For your protection, be sure to retain the tracking number. Insurance is automatically covered!

-For simple product returns within 30 days
-Exchanges or returns on Oversized Items
-Items in Multiple Boxes
-Items larger than 40 lbs
We recommend using FedEx or UPS when returning items, please use the original packaging and boxes. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the outside carton. For your protection, be sure to retain the tracking number. Please insure the package for the value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Microphones, wireless products, recording equipment (Multi track, Hard Disk, DAT, CD, Tape Recorders and Duplicators) are returnable for In House Credit (IHC) credit only. Please contact customer service for more information about an IHC.
Restock Fees - Items that are returned in less than new condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Order shipments that are refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
