General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Microphones are fragile and tested before shipping. Unless packaging is clearly damaged in shipping, no returns are granted. Unfortunately, these are vintage fragile items and even in-tact packaging can have sustained large falls etc that can damage the microphones. Every effort is made to make sure ever microphone arrives safe and every situation is fair. Buyers can send recordings of anything they feel is damaged to assess returns on a case by case basis. Buyers can always request sound samples before purchasing as well.
