KAOS Music Centre opened in Toronto back in 1989 and has been serving the Greater Toronto Area ever since. These days, our main focus is guitars. Our shop is full of acoustics and electrics from Fender, Gibson, Martin, Taylor, Yamaha and Godin. We also have a nice selection of amps and general guitar accessories. We're a small store by music store standards but our strength has always been our attention to customer service. Our staff is small but hasn't changed in over 20 years. Our guys are well known for their easy going approach and expertise.
Shipping Policy
We ship to most major locations in Canada and the continental United States. Some new products can only be shipped within Canada as per our Dealer agreements. We are located in Canada. Any shipments to the USA may be subject to import duties and fees. All such fees are to be paid by the purchaser.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a no questions asked, full return policy within 7 days of receiving your product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase once you receive it, you are welcome to return it to us. Once we receive the product back and confirm that it is in the same condition as when we shipped to you, we will promptly refund your purchase price (less original shipping costs). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
